Gotta start into it slowly, you can hit it hard later.
Starting stats
Weight - 237
Body fat - 33%
Here's the routine for my gym workout right now.
20 mins elliptical @ 70 rpms
20 mins treadmill @ 3.6 mph no incline
Full body weights 3 sets of 10 at 60-80 pounds depending on the area
30 pushups
30 crunches
I'm going to keep that for a little bit until I feel like it no longer challenges me. If it goes like last time the elliptical will get bumped quickly to 40 mins and the treadmill will get an 8% incline added.

There's muscle in there somewhere. I intend to find it.
