Success! and failure!
Cardio only day at the gym, gotta let these massive biceps rest ya know. I'm pretty happy with myself. Picked up a box of Zebra Cakes and put it back down, got some grapes instead. I did however get a Gino's East frozen pizza and proceeded to half of it putting myself over my calorie limit for the day. First time I've been over in since I started this. Tomorrow I do the cardio and weights and it's pretty much lather, rinse, repeat after that. Results are gonna come, I just have to keep telling myself that. I've cut sweets out almost totally, which is a massive deal for me. On a side note, I am starting to see some minor, minor definition in my shoulders and arms, still nothing in the midsection where I need it, but I just gotta keep working.
