Day 11
More work. Gym time was productive though. Added a 4% incline to my 20 minute treadmill work out and I'm getting ready to try and add another 5 minutes to the elliptical working back up to the 40 min work out I was at before. I have a love/hate relationship with that machine. I hate it and it loves to damn near kill me. Went up to 90 pounds on my leg weights today from the 80 I was doing and I still don't feel like I'm working them hard. I'm worried about damage though so I'm trying to keep the weight low. Still struggling with the 3 sets @ 70lbs on the bench press but I guess that's good cause if it's easy you're not doing it right.
