Day 8

What, did you think I left?

Blogging everyday is tougher than it first sounded like, so I'm gonna catch up on these. I'm going to stop uploading pics cause it's just a colossal PITA to get one pic a day off my phone and into picassa so I'm just going to wait till the end and put 'em all together in a video or something.

Day 8 was weights and running. Went up in weight from 60 pounds on curls, shoulder press, bench press and pull down, to 70 pounds on all of those. Having lots of trouble handling that on the bench press so I have to do 70-70-60 for my reps.
