Kinda doing everything backwards today. Had to work the late shift so after almost no sleep, went to the gym anyway. Then came home crashed and now putting up my post. Standard gym schedule, nothing changing as of yet, though I may be going up in weight on the two leg machines and the curls. Still only 20 mins on the elliptical though cause I'm pretty sure it wants to kill me.
Yup still no change. Damn. Figured I'd have a 6 pack by now.
